Honoring NYPD Officer Brett Boller

In April, New York Police Department officer Brett Boller of the NYPD 103 Precinct was shot in the line of duty after he and his partner responded to a dispute on an MTA bus in Jamaica, Queens.
The 22-year-old Hauppauge native and recent graduate of the police academy acted courageously to protect our city. We were honored to visit Officer Boller at Jamaica Hospital shortly after he underwent surgery and brought New York Mets alumni Turk Wendell along to wish him a speedy recovery!
