Sandlot Stars Equipment Donation at Citi Field

On March 4, local Little League teams visited Citi Field as part of the annual Sandlot Stars equipment donation.
With spring right around the corner, The Amazin’ Mets Foundation was proud to once again partner with Pitch In For Baseball and Softball to donate brand new baseball, softball and tee-ball equipment to local youth athletes for their upcoming season.
More than 50 little league teams across the Tri-State area received these kits including gloves, helmets, bats and catcher’s equipment for their Sandlot Stars to enjoy as their seasons approach.
