Winter Coat Drive

In 2022, the Mets partnered with New York Cares for the 16th Annual Winter Coat Drive at Citi Field. Mets employees worked alongside volunteers to collect more than 2,100 coats from fans who came out to the ballpark to donate new or gently used coats to help New Yorkers in need.
Fans who donated received a voucher for two tickets to a future Mets home game, a discount to the Mets Team Store, and the opportunity to take free photos with Santa Claus and the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan.
