In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the Mets teamed up with Northwell Health to host pediatric cancer patients from Cohen Children’s Medical Center for a Quintana’s Crew baseball clinic. The children, along with their siblings and families, took part in exciting games and simplified baseball drills on the outfield grass, as they worked alongside Mets pitcher Jose Quintana. Each participant was announced by name over the stadium PA system, received lunch and tickets to a future Mets game.
