Press Release: Amazin’ Mets Foundation, NYC Parks, And Landtek to Participate in the Ribbon Cutting at the Renovated Baseball Field #10 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park
The Amazin’ Mets Foundation contributed over $445,000 to fully fund the project in support of kids in the community.
WHAT: The Amazin’ Mets Foundation, NYC Parks and Landtek will be present at the ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 27 at 2 p.m. for Baseball Field #10 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The Foundation contributed over $445,000 to renovate the field. The upgrades to Field #10 include full infield renovation, a new irrigation system, an added drainage system, and new fencing and concrete. The renovations have also ensured Baseball Field #10 is ADA compliant.

Media may park in the South Lot located near Queens Museum. Media can proceed over the Grand Central Parkway by using the Zoo Bridge. Field #10 is located just over the bridge on your left side.
