Mets Host Wheelchair Softball Tournament & Clinic at Citi Field

The Mets partnered with Citi and the Wheelchair Sports Federation to host a Wheelchair Softball Tournament at Citi Field. Mets alum, Todd Zeile, and Mr. & Mrs. Met were on hand for the tournament organized by the Mets’ Accessibility and Disability Alliance Employee Resource Group, which featured adult athletes on three local wheelchair softball teams.
During the round robin tournament, players from the softball teams also led a clinic for nearly 100 local students with disabilities.
